We consider our teams our family, which is reflected in our benefits and programs available to our employees. We want them to know they’re safe and cared for, so they can enjoy coming to work and taking pride in what they do.
While we do produce a lot of ice cream, this is only a part of why we do what we do. Our whole purpose as a company is to be able to continually fund the Protein Foundation, whose mission is to fund organizations to feed those in need. We’re thankful to be a part of a company whose passion is to give back.
Our desire is to be a healthy company that continues to grow in order to provide for our own, and for others. To ensure this happens, we have created a Strategic Roadmap to guide us and a Quality Statement to help us keep our standards high for our product.

The purpose of this business is to be a funding engine for the Protein Foundation.

To be a manufacturer of frozen desserts that constantly improves its products and processes while striving to exceed our customer's expectations and enrich the lives of employees, shareholders, and neighbors.
Quality Statement
Providing safe and quality food is the goal of House of Flavors, Inc. We accomplish this through our people, suppliers, programs, and physical resources. We will continue to strive for better quality and safety through constant plant and personal improvements.
Strategic Roadmap
Driving change and achievement in all areas of the business through Operational Excellence. This includes employee health & safety, documented processes & work instructions, communication, suggestion system, 5S and root cause problem-solving.
